“I did not receive the mug I ordered, it was a completely different design and did not have the personalised name on it that I requested it was just blank, I immediately filled in the online form to make Personalised Football Gifts aware of this - but have still not received a response 5 days later... £9.95 wasted I will never use this site again!”
