“Item is nicely done, spelling correct etc. However, bit disappointed that no trouble had been taken in cutting the article properly - slightly crooked in the frame”

Hi, Thank you for your comments. I am very sorry that you are disappointed with the product you have received. Sometimes the paper can slip slightly when it is in the frame during transportation, giving the appearance that it isn't straight. This can usually be rectified by removing the back of the frame and adjusting the paper accordingly. If however, when you remove the back of the frame, you feel that the print itself is not straight, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team and we will be happy to help you to put this right. “was very impressed with the bottle I got a custom Aston villa one only problem I have is the sucky lid bit don't come out any fast I have just reverted to the screw off lid way easier love the bottle though very sturdy and get a good size of juice in it”

“I ordered the framed programme page. It was delivered quickly and looked good. The only disappointment was the photo I uploaded to it was very blurry. I would recommend without uploading photo.”
