“Hi I haven't received any communication regarding my order placed 7 days ago although you took payment not long after .I also asked to change the colour of my choice a few minutes after the Order went through as I ordered wrong colour in error and was told that it wasn't possible but I still haven't received my order so can't see what the problem was .”

“I placed an order nine days ago (30th Nov) and have heard nothing from them until an email asking them to rate my purchase. No communication regarding the status of my order, when it was being despatched, no delivery date etc. I am none the wiser as to whether I should have already received it or whether this is a premature email. Time to find out from this shoddily run company, I guess...”
