“Some very good gift ideas. I used tesco vouchers which was a bonus. You have to contact customer services if you have more than one voucher so they can combine them. Once this was done, it was quick and easy. Gifts arrived very promptly and I was very happy with them.”

Hi Silvia I understand you have been in touch with our Customer Service Team. I am sorry that there was a mistake and you were sent the wrong frame which was damaged in transit. I believe we offered to send the correct frame on a Next Day service to you but you preferred not to do this. A refund has been agreed but it does take time to process this.
