“Very very happy that I have very promptly received a replacement personalised water bottle for a previous one which was slightly damaged. Excellent service, particularly as following my complaint, I received a phone call informing me that a replacement was already in transit even though I had no intention of returning the original. The three personalised mugs I received earlier are very good value for money. Thank you, I can certainly recommend this company.”
