“Wrong item delivered, had the wrong picture in sorted out quickly though. But the replacement and correct one had been slightly damaged by the envelope being bent in transit. Had to fill some of the black in luckily it was on the black. The gift is excellent though”

“I couldn't believe how quickly I received my Manchester City framed photo. It was well packed and the courier you used actually knocked at my door, unlike some, who just leave the parcel on the step in all weathers. Well done. Full marks all round.”

“Awful - ordered a birthday card (on 9 Feb) for a child's tenth birthday (on the 19th Feb) and nothing arrived. Sorry, but ten days should be long enough to print and send out a piece of card. Despite having an order number and e-mail, the order 'cannot be found'. It's not a rip-off, though...”
