“Ordered a card and half the writing was missing. When I emailed about it, I was told that was the way it was on the preview and wasn't proofread. I find this very hard to believe as. The preview looked perfectly fine to me”

Hi The cards are produced automatically, exactly as is shown in the preview when you place the order which is why we ask you to check the order carefully before placing it. I can also see that as a gesture of goodwill your order has been replaced with the correct spacing.
