“Terrible engraving on one of the Christmas baubles and both were scratched.
The 'First Christmas' bib looked like the writing had just been put on with a marker pen and the engraving on the 'Father Christmas Stop Here for .....(name)...' was so squashed up that it was almost illegible. The hanger itself was lovely.
Trying to get my money back is proving awkward and I doubt it will occur.
All items were a great disappointment. I would not go to Personalised Gift Shops again.”
