“Terrible company! I placed an order on 14.10.23 and paid for Express delivery,which promises to deliver the order within 1-2 days.Today is 19.10.23 and there is no delivery.

“The sheet arrived 2 mm shorter in both directions and the company had hidden that they have a +/- 3 mm tolerance in their terms and conditions. Every other company selling these things can hit much better tolerances. Buy it off anybody else”
“Had to ring to place our order as we couldn’t get the details right. The company were brilliant, so helpful, friendly and sorted everything out for us in minutes.
The sheet within the 5 days quoted to us and it fitted perfectly….it was a very obscure sizing that we needed. It is perfect, just what we wanted and hoped for.
Highly recommended and will be using them again.”

The order was late by five day I was mislead and told things that never happen on many occasions and when the goods finally arrived they were damaged and didn’t. Have there edges polished, I then spent another four days waiting for a replacement and again mislead with false information and still today I do not have my goods no apology no refund etc
there are many other companies on the web that offer the same products try them DONT USE these people”

I ordered 8 perspex sheets from them with holes drilled in each corner. Out of the 8, 7 were not drilled. I asked for a replacement order which arrived with 1 week delay on the estimated time. The replacement oder included 8 sheets and 4 of them were damaged. I am being sent replacement of the replacement order. They told me I would receive it on Tuesday THE LATEST, it is thursday evening and it has apparently been only sent to production today. If you are trying to get what you paid for then expect to waist hours and hours trying to contact them.”

“Ordered perspex with polished edges and rounded corners. Eventually got a piece looked as though it was out of an off cut bin with NO work done to it. also charge for tracking and given a tracking number that don't exist. Have emailed a few times but they cannot even read them properly.”
“12 pieces of perspex ordered, 7 deliveries and 67 days to get it right.
Rounded corners cut incorrectly, scratched piece, bespoke piece cut the wrong way round. The colour we ordered could be frosted or gloss - staff didn't realise so got incorrect cuts. Absolutely ridiculous amount of time to resolve. Can't get through to them on the phone so all via email apart from when they rang me, but even that they didn't always ring when they said they would. Asked to raise a complaint, but still no idea whether that has actually happened. They had LOADS of opportunity to put things right, but seemed incapable and management left lower level staff to deal with it. Sydney - you gave it a reasonable shot, but your manager should have taken over and made sure that everything was resolved.”
“Do not buy from this company. The order arrived broken, when i contacted the company they said they would send a replacement ASAP only to be waiting weeks later and being given excuse after excuse with the poor excuse of a customer service rep. Absolute joke”
“Sent wrong size with holes in wrong place and refusing to refund.
I ordered 3 x 52cm by 109cm perspex sheets with pre drilled holes from this company. They arrived very small 5.2 cm by 10.9 cm with the holes in the wrong place. I can only presume this is due to the fact that whilst I was placing the order the website crashed twice whilst trying to add the order to the basket. I filled in the details again twice which went through however when the sheets arrive they were the wrong size and too many holes.
Tried to contact them via the website only for that to crash also. Must be something wrong with the website.
After various emails managed to get a reply only to be told I got exactly what I ordered. Managed to get someone on the phone so I could explain only to be told the same. I explained even if the sheets were the right size I would be returning them as the holes are in the wrong place and could I please have a refund which they have adamantly refused.
Really disappointed as I needed these sheets quickly to finish closing off my decking area ready for winter.”
“Two weeks after ordering I emailed to ask when my order would be delivered. I received the usual generic apology/excuses. My next two emails were ignored as they had been sent to Spam. They told me this when I rang to tell them only one sheet had arrived rather the two I had ordered. In all I waited 3 1/2 weeks . Super. They advertise next day delivery. Bollox. Their competitors could've provided me two sheets for less than I paid these clowns. I will never order online again before reading reviews. Look at these. The good ones always follow a raft of poor reviews. Poor on price, service and satisfaction.”

“Terrible customer service, once they have your money, your forgotten. Don't try to contact them, you will spend your life waiting on a phone that never answers. I wish I had read review sites before spending my money, will ask my bank to try and get a refund. Do not deal with this company.”

“We'd ordered several sheets of perspex cut to specific sizes and all of them came as ordered and great quality. Delivery was a little slower than I thought (about 2 weeks from order) but the quality was good and all sheets were delivered in good condition.”
