Peruvian Connection needs to quickly rectify their lack of refunds for returns if they want to stay in business. They say the delay is due to new software. This is not acceptable, especially since they also have made several errors over the years in shipping, necessitating my paying for a return which I otherwise would not have had to make.

But I never got a refund of over $615! I called Peruvian Connection about it and while they acknowleged getting the clothes back, they said they had problems with the company that handles their returns and so I would not be getting my refund for another 6 or 7 weeks! This is ridiculous.

Shipping is outrageously expensive, returns are frustrating and expensive, and when they make a mistake they gaslight you by saying, "Well, you can see how easy that mistake was to make.
