“Today at 2.20pm i was verbally abused by one of this companies drivers at a petrol station in buckley. The driver threatened me and along with two members of staff from the petrol station all because he couldnt pay with two bank cards. Both of which were woman as well as myself all three of us were terrified. The two members of staff couldnt even string a sentence together as they were trembling so much. Ive then took it upon muself to call up to explain the situation where the lovely lady on the telephone proceeds to tell me how I should be more understanding when the man had been up since 6am. And infact it was all the two ladies faults in the petrol station. No apology, no remorse for the actions of her employe. I genuinely dread to think what situation their poor customers get left in if this is how 3 strangers have been treated just by accidently coming into his precence. Absolutely appalling behaviour. I feel after my failed attempt to just get an apology I have been left with zero choice but to leave this here.”

“Very poor contractor sends inexperienced gardners, ruined our open spaces. This company, working for Meadfleet limited have ruined the condition of our open spaces at Darcey Park Ibstock. They often send inexperienced gardners who scalp our extensive lawns, which have now turned to weeds. Grassed areas not edged, multiple dead trees, unsafe children's play area is a health & safety risk with loose wooden steps to the slide, which have remained unrepaired for over 10 weeks. Grass cuttings are often left uncollected.”
