“Already sent in a review, but have one niggling concern . When I asked about warranty on the vehicle ,Martin said it came with12 months warranty which,not being told otherwise I assumed to be provided free by Peter Vardy. I Did not get to see the finance proposal untill we collected the car ,even though I had previously asked Martin to e mail a copy to us to look over,and even then it was basically just sign here and we will get every thing ready. Looking through the finance agreement now ,it appears that I am paying for the 12 months warranty that was provided with the car.
Disappointed that Martin did not mention when asked about warranty that it would be an extra cost.

“We got a personal telephone call from Danny at the Kirkcaldy showroom inviting us down to have a look at the cars in the showroom for Peter Vardy's 10th birthday celebrations. When we arrived at the showroom my family and myself were all welcomed and we were asked if we wanted anything to drink (they even had popcorn for the kids which they thought was great).
Danny listened to what we were looking for from our new motor and listened to the finer details that mattered to us a family and got us exactly what we were hoping for. The service provided by Danny was amazing, he explained everything to us in great detail, the car was transported to the Kirkcaldy showroom and was ready for collection by us within a few days. Danny made us feel quite relaxed about buying a new car as it can be quite stressful, we were able to have good banter back and forth and he was really good with the kids too.
We were then handed over to Kirsten at the handover team who again was great with us, we were welcomed and offered something to drink. All the paperwork was explained to us in great detail, went through the vehicle with us and explained all the different gadgets that were new to us and asked if we had any questions. Kirsten advised us that we could contact herself or Danny at anytime should we need too...and a cheeky wee bonus was the beautiful wee bouquet of flowers that I received at the end of the sale (they were gorgeous).
All round we were very happy with all the effort put in from Danny, Kirsten and the rest of the team at Peter Vardys in Kirkcaldy. We could not fault them at all, some garages that you go too can be quite pushy for a sale, follow you about the forecourts and not listen to all the finer details etc. So well done Danny, Kirsten and the Peter Vardys team.”
“Original finance was in my husbands name, but as his licence had just expired he was waiting for the renewal from dvla.,which was taking some time. Explained the situation to Martin Jack, don't worry he said we will hold the car for you. After more delays with dvla and still no licence, Martin arranged the finance in my name as I have a full licence. Collected the car on Wednesday the 15th . Much appreciation to Martin for a very professional and extremely pleasant car buying experience.
