Only one quibble - the unfortunate staff member doing the vehicle handover ran out of petrol when taking the car for refueling. The handover process ended up taking in excess of two hours.
The manager compensated this delay by providing certification that the first service would be free of charge. Things happen but I would recommend calling the dealer before attending to make sure the car has been refueled to avoid delays in the process.
On the whole, despite the problem with the handover I was impressed with the customer service at Motherwell from the initial sale to the handover.”
