The experiences I have had have all been pretty bad, most dealers just don't have available reps with knowledge of the system. With the exception of peter vardy in Kirkcaldy who have Gavin. Gavin knows everything a motability customer needs to know and is a valuable asset to the garage. I did have a good experience with one other rep around 9yrs ago also in Kirkcaldy however the dynamics changed and as a motability customer was made feel like I was begging not buying.
