I also spoke to Peter Vardy at the midnight party. He was much younger than I thought he would be and a very friendly down to earth guy. This is the third car I have bought from them and one of the reasons I go back is because of their continuous donations to different charities and the other being their service to customers. “From the very first contact with the sales representative, which was Paul Brims, he was polite and helpful. I have never bought a car from the car dealer before and was a little afraid of being talked into something I did not want. After carefully listening and considering my needs for usage of the car as well as the size, look, exploitation and the inside part of the car, Paul took time and showed me all the option I was looking for. He was honest and careful in the choice I was making and this has built the trust and comfort of feeling that I will make the right choice.
After choosing the car, I was taken for a pleasant and comprehensive test drive where I had the chance to ask all questions about the car.
After making my mind about the car, the purchase process was made with no hassle. Paul explained every aspect of the finance and procedures we had to go through. I was also given a discount that I negotiated with the manager, which I was quite happy with. All staff was doing the best for me to drive away the same day. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances from my side I was unable to do so but later that day Paul informed me all has gone through and I can pick the car up on Monday. On the day I was picked up by Paul from the desired destination, which saved me the hassle to find the dealer again by myself, to finalise the purchase and pick the car up. I was explained how to exploit the car the most efficiently and received some extra cleaning products, which made me even more pleased. I am still waiting for the main car key, which was not available at the time but I am being informed what is the status of the order.
So far I am very pleased with the car and the service I was provided.
Paul and the management were nice and a pleasure to deal with. Paul is an asset to you company and he will be my first port of call the next time I need a car.

“All the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable. The salesman wasn't pushy and offered me several options for purchasing the vehicle. They kept in contact with me throughout the whole purchase process and have contacted me since purchase to make sure everything was ok and I was happy with my purchase. I am very impressed with Elliot Bailly who we have dealt with on all occasions and respect the fact that he has helped and guided us with choices and information. I have to comment though that the vehicle hand over on the last car purchased wasn't as good and thorough as previously experienced, and feel that the young lad dealing with this was maybe inexperienced in this role. We passed this information back through our sales rep, Elliot who was most apologetic. This was raised as an observation not a criticism and will not deter us from going back.”
