this was the 3rd car I bought from your dealership in the last 9 odd months, and it was because of the good service for the two other ones bought before this one (last November and last June), from Kenny Campbell, that I came back to him for this one.
Apart from the outstanding response and service I got from Kenny, my impression of your dealership is NOT a good one:
- I consider it, by and large, is a waste of time: phone calls are not answered promptly, in fact wait is sometimes antagonising; and then when they answer, they transfer you to a dead phone;
- that service/spares is the same: some guys mill about taking every care not to make eye contact with clients waiting, leaving people wait so long one would think nobody cares;
- that I want and I dealt only with you

“Excellent experience. Very happy with the service from start to finish. Disappointed to be told that the car would come with £20 of fuel but it was clear that this was not the case. There was some fuel in the car but I had to fill it up when I got home (less than 30 miles away). Other than that I am happy with my new car.

“Can't fault the salesman he went out of his way to help and advise on what I required. We did ask to be left alone to have a look which was respected. Although he was on hand to ask any questions that we had. Made to feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble for him. Nothing was rushed I got to take as long as I wanted and he did not seem phased by my questions about different cars. Would highly reccomend the same man to any of my friends who were looking for a car.
In our opinion the only down fall was the lack of parking spaces for customers coming to view but ha e to say the staff did go out there way to try and assist you to park even offering to Find somewhere to park for you so you could go look around.

“No problems at all. I like dealing with Peter Vardy with whom I've dealt for a number of years - I like the ethos of the company. Although I was buying nothing more than a wee Corsa, it didn't matter - I reckon my reception and discussion wouldn't have been better if I'd been purchasing an expensive model, not that, at my age (83) I'd have much use for bigger cars of the kind I once drove.

“We were very happy with all the staff we dealt with. They were all extremely friendly, open and honest. We were in the branch a few days in a row and all the staff knew our names and welcomed us warmly whenever we arrived.
Jonathan gave us great initial info about the car we went on to purchase and was happy to answer our silly questions.
Colin then dealt with our purchase and was a joy to work with. Approachable, gave straightforward answers, and gave us all details in easy to understand terms. We knew exactly everything we needed to and were very happy when it came to collecting our new car.
There really isn't anything I can fault about the service we received, even the brief chat with the manager to say thank you and give us a bottle of champers was excellent.
Claire phoned a week after purchase to check in and make sure all was going well and told us if we had any other worries to let her know. Great aftercare!
