introduced himself. He inspected my car and said he would get a quote on the value of the car while we had a cup of coffee. My wife said she liked the look of the new Vauxhall Mokka
and Jason arranged a test drive. After the test drive which gave me the opportunity to get a feel for the car we talked about finances and came to a satisfactory deal. As I was unable to collect the car Jason arranged to have it delivered to my home. In the last week I am delighted with the car and its performance and we enjoyed the experience when dealing with the very professional staff at your branch.”
“I was extremely happy with the service received by our salesman Alasdair. 1st class,very polite and would help you with anything you needed or weren't sure on.
On the other hand my wife went up to receive a courtesy car due to our new one having teething problems which I have no problem with. What I do have a problem with was the way she was treated by some of the staff that was dealing with her that day! First of all she wasn't even shown where her courtesy car was she was just handed the keys and pretty much made to find the car in the courtyard herself. When she eventually found the car it was an automatic which maybe doesn't sound like a big deal but to someone who has never driven one before it is! She refused the car and because she never had anyone show her the car or how it operates she left and WALKED 7 miles home!! This is totally unacceptable to treat any customer like this!”

“I had seen the car I wanted elsewhere. Would have bought it there and then if Manager had come down slightly on price marked in showroom. I smiled lots but he wasn't budging. Decided to sleep on it. Went to Peter Vardy next morning and was warmly welcomed. Sales executive was very patient when I said "I've got 10 spare minutes, know the car I want, how much do you want for it?" No smiles! Gave him no more details on where I'd seen the car or how much I had been quoted. He took a few minutes leave and came back to me with a better price! Added accessory and little extras that matched competitor but I felt I was getting a good deal just by him bringing price down enough to really make me feel like I had a good deal.
