When picking up the car we were introduced to the manager which was a nice touch in addition to getting a gift box, we received nothing when we bought our last car.
As a hearing impaired customer I would suggest that the background music needs to be on a lower volume as I did find it difficult to hear him at times (though he did get it turned down)
It would be a good idea if you had tables with loop systems installed to make life easier for us hearing impaired ( which represents 1 in 7 of the population) greater percentage for older customers more likely to be your future customers.”
