“Brilliant service! My Salesman Gary was great. Even before my arranged appointment I was sent a video so that I knew who I'd be dealing with. Felt relaxed and in control. On viewing a vehicle that I liked, I was taken out on a test drive. No pressure, Gary made sure that it was the car I wanted and that I was sure. Deal done and arranged an appointment for the next week. All paperwork was ready and the car. Smooth changeover, as I traded in my old car too. There was only one down fault with a member of your team I'm afraid Lindsay Kirkland very abrupt in telephone manner didn't appear to want to listen when we tried to explain things to her came across as uncaring and unhelpful. Thankfully your other two members who we dealt closely with managed to remove doubts we had, and thankfully we didn't have to meet with this member of staff., this could very easily put customers of buying in my opinion, all credit to both your other two staff.”
