“The salesman was very professional and helpful when I went to test drive a Mistubshi Outlander PHEV. The unfortunate problem when I had paid and picked up the car was that the sd card for the MMCS system was missing and therefore sat nav radio or anything did not work and it took four days to get one so that my system was able to work. The handover person and the original salesman could not be faulted. I think this should have been picked up on pre inspection.”
