“Keith was very friendly and approachable and gave us all the information we needed to let us decide to go ahead with the purchase. He kept in touch but not to the extent that we felt he was trying to push for a sale. We would have no problem dealing with Keith in the future. The after sales team were also very reliable, gave us the information regarding other options available to us such as service plans. Again they didn't come across as being too pushy and gave us time to consider the options. We decided the following day to go ahead with the service plan which they organised with no issues. Car was ready on time and explained all the controls of the car to Lee before leaving.”
“I cannot fault the service received from Scott and the team during my purchase, collection and recent return visit. I spent a great deal of time talking through with Scott the options for the purchase of my new car, he took time to talk through each option answering all questions I had. The handover of the car was relatively smooth, we did spend some additional time on the day of collection waiting for the car, upon handover of the keys the manager Scott came down to apologise and top up the fuel, it was nice to see management come down to reassure the customer. The car purchased was the showroom model, I did provide my salesman Scott with some feedback as spare tyres are no longer supplied with the Mokka, and would have taken opportunity at point of sale to order this as always drive with spare wheel, this was swiftly taken on board and offered his assistance ordering in spare tyre and jack. I recently collected this from the dealership and spoke with Bobby, the service booklet and car pass in my Mokka were not for my car but a car a registered back in 2013. I handed the book and pass back to Bobby who has ordered a fresh book and car pass for my Mokka - which I should receive through the post within the next few days.
I have dealt with the car dealership over the past 4 years, my previous Astra had the service plan, I am glad to see the service has continued through and I was happy with the overall experience of purchasing my new car. All of the staff that I have spoken have all been friendly and very helpful and credit to their employer.”
“Your salesman Mcgregor Campbell did an excellent job. Nothing was too much trouble and guided me through the paperwork very well as it is not often you change your car. A problem did arise in relation to DVLA but I feel it was their fault and no one else's. I am very pleased with my purchase and delighted I stayed with Vauxhall and Peter Vardy. Your establishment in Dalgety Bay could have put me off Peter Vardy for good but I am glad I stuck with you.
