I was disappointed to find that within one week of making a purchase that I am invited to a VIP event with various inducements/ gifts available to purchasing customers. I would have considered that in the interests of good customer relations that there would have been flexibility in the timing for those making a purchase within a certain timescale of the planned event, which must have been known about at the time I made my purchase.”
