“I recently bought a pair of shoes from PPS. Delivery wasn’t very quick, but I think that’s because a lot of bowling equipment comes from the USA. It was, however, delivered via FedEx, which was tracked and enabled me to change delivery date. Unfortunately, the shoes didn’t fit, but a replacement size were provided at no additional cost (apart from me having to pay for return postage).
All-in-all, I was impressed with the service.”
