“Their customer service was terrible when trying to get one of my orders re-shipped to me since it was delivered to a wrong address. All they wanted to do is refund my order and then charge me for shipping for a new order which was supposed to be an auto ship order in the first place. Have been using them for years and they cared nothing about customer service or satisfaction. Probably canceled on my orders and deleted my account when I said I would just go buy it locally. Mike was very rude in text help and had no response to two days worth of emails. I will no longer be using them for my dog food supplies.”
