“I have a pet insurance with them. Firstly, it had taken almost three months to investigate my claim. Secondly, I have just received an email with incorrect information and that my claim was declined. My cat only started being ill this year and they suggested a pre-existing condition, provided me with some dates, which related to a completely different problem. I have had problems with my cat starting this year in April, they said it was last year in February. He was never ill that time! He had behavioural problems before and presently he was investigated for a possible cancer.
