“Excellent price - cheaper then any other supplier. When my order was delivered, 2 items had been badly damaged in transit. Customer services immediately arranged for replacements to be sent, which arrived quickly in perfect condition. One of the best customer service departments I have ever encountered and would not hesitate to use this company again.”

“I have used Petwell for some time now and always found them very helpful. My last order hadn't arrived 10 days after I had ordered it, I contacted them by email got an immediate reply, saying they had dispatched a repeat order. attached to the email was a return label to return the original order as and when it arrived. Now 15 days later I have received the original and replacement order. I wish all my dealings on the internet went as smoothly, continue your good work Jim Walter”
