My phone went in for a new screen (£100 paid) was working fine except for the screen being cracked.
End result after a month of trying to fix it - phone is completely dead and apparently "not our fault" I asked if they were insured against this sort of thing, he avoided the question (so apparently not!)
Now I am £100 down (so much for the no fix no fee promise) and a £400 phone is in the bin (yes they threw it away) So I'm off to the solicitors now and the local trading standards.”
