I applied for a refund and they have been stalling with a repeated email it takes a few days and blames my bank. Then they wrote that it is 4 - 6 business days not counting weekends. Those times frames have already passed as well. I also suggest you go to their refund policy which states among other things there is no refund if ' A target device is not owned by a user or a user did not receive consent of the target phone owner to install the PhoneSpector Software'.
