“Customers satisfaction guaranteed! Biggest lie ever heard. I wouldn’t even give them a 1. . Took my phone in for a smashed back glass came out with a battery that didn’t work and phone constantly shutting down. They assured me it wasn’t something they had done but would replace it with a genuine battery. Should have seen warning signs from there why would you replace something that you didn’t touch or break. But again back and forth for months trying to sort out a problem which they had caused. I wouldn’t mind the phone was a month old when taken there and battery health was 100. Anyway I was told by them to book a apple appointment as they was sure it was apple products, for apple to then tell me it wasn’t genuine parts along with the phone now showing the same message. On ringing the shop to find out what to do as they’d ruined a perfectly good phone when all that needed doing was broken back glass was told they don’t do anything over 6 months warranty. Funny that I spent a lot longer than that running back and forth to the shop with them saying it was fixed and never was. Completely appalling customer service. Best advice I can give here if you need a phone shop avoid at all costs. Unless you want to be taken advantage of , have a phone that no longer works or have money to burn. Etc on the same high road however is fantastic !! And they guy in there genuinely wants to help and gives you a years warranty!! Would definitely recommend ECT fantastic people’s person so friendly kind and has every bit of information you need!!
