Eventually got a refund via email quoting 30 day money back guarantee minus nearly £8 postage but strangely didn't want me to return print to correspondence address and asked me to tear up print and send as a photo!”

The print quality is far below where it should be for the price range and the materials used for the frame and mount, I could find better in a skip. Daylight robbery. NEVER use these big print companies if you're actually looking for quality.”
