“Since I love my Picard bag which I carry everywhere in my business travels around Europe and to the States, it took on a great amount of wear and tear. I unfortunately ripped a zipper seam one day while packing it too full as I packed to return home. I was quite upset with myself for trying forcing the zipper closed and thus the rip.
After reviewing the Picard website, I posted the bag for repair and I now have a new zipper on my old bag! If you love your Picard bag as much as I love mine, and it needs a repair, the Picard team there in Germany did a lovely job!
