“I have questions they need to answer and they won't write me back. I needed a visa with multiple entries and paid for it but they sent a single entry visa. I needed to finish filling out a form and they didn't acknowledge that and I couldn't get the form back without signing up again and paying over $100. I couldn't sign into the website. It didn't seem to work. I have more complaints, too. They don't answer their phones and they don't always get back to you.”
