“I bought a print which was not the normal size so had to look for a bespoke frame. I'd never heard of the picture frame studio, but I liked their well layed out site. They had a large variety of frames and It was very easy to choose and order the frame I liked. The frame arrived very quickly and was extremely well packaged. The quality of the frame was outstanding! I was very pleased with my purchase and highly recomend the company. I will use it again in the future”

“It an easy step by step process to decide what options to use. Being able to upload a copy of the picture to be framed was particularly helpful in visualizing the effect of the adding/deleting/sizing mats and so on. The frame is well made, came with ALL the bits needed, and was delivered quickly - all at a price that was competitive with anybody and cheaper than most. I very, very satisfied.”

“The quality of the frame is reassuringly strong and doesn't feel too fragile. I was impressed that it came with hanging accessories (thick string and hooks to screw into the frame). Considering the frame is no more expensive than ready made ones from the shops, the look and feel of it is exceptional and well worth the money to get something that suits my oddly sized pictures. When ordering, the website was clear and easy to use so I had no concerns about accidently selecting the wrong options. I was purchasing for a gift so was a little nervous about delivery times but was surprised (in a good way) when I checked with them after a week that it was already complete and getting sent out that day.”

“Lots of choice. Very helpful when I rang up with a query. Arrived in plenty of time. Delivery gives a date which can be changed and the time of arrival is given you on the morning of delivery, so you know when you need to be in. Most of all, the wood looks lovely.”

“Ordered picture frame to have our 60th Wedding Commemorative Certificate from the Register General framed. This goes well with our card from the Queen which is also framed. The parcel arrived very well packed and as such it took some time to extract the frame. So the protection is superb. The frame is delightful and we are very satisfied with the company.”
