“The service, efficiency and courtesy of the people at Picture Frame Studio was very good as was the timely delivery. Unfortunately, the frame arrived damaged despite the generous packaging. However, they have promised to send out another frame a.s.a.p.”

“Ordering the frame on line was easy, though the email confirmation went to spam. My query was answered promptly and from order to receipt was five days. Excellent. Instructions for assembly were clear. The back of the frame was slightly marked and rough, but the front is smooth and clean, and picture looks very good.”
