“We have more than 20 years involvement with this company and have enjoyed their wines immensely, however our last order which we paid in full over the phone at the time of making the order was incorrectly entered by the rep so we received 6 bottles of white wine which we did NOT order. This was in place of the 6 bottles we DID order. The wine was replaced but came along with. £77.47 bill as they claimed we were undercharged
The manager refused to speak with me on more than one occasion.
DEFINITELY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXISTSTENT !!!”
