“The shoe sizes are not correct. They instructed you how to measure your feet for a correct size. We followed and even ordered 1 size bigger but nope the shoes didn’t fit. They didn’t support exchanging shoe size for free. They said it would have been free if we tried the shoes on in front of the delivery guy. However, they delivered the shoes when we were at work. How could we try them on on time? You had to pay all the fees for sending the shoes back and receiving new ones. They didn’t allow full refund either. The worst customer service ever!!!”
