The app is £42 a month and there are monthly challenges within to really keep you driven and focussed.
Sadly there has been the hiring of an additional instructor, whose manner is very different. Despite a multitude of complaints about this instructor, Bryony has opted to keep her on and even at times pushed for her to host more classes than Bryony herself (the clue is in the name as to why people pay and attend- Pilates by Bryony!).
There is no alternative option of instruction if you want continuity, meaning a growing portion of people now cannot fully partake in classes and challenges as part are taught by this instructor.
Bryony’s response to this? -tough!

For challenges you haven’t been able to complete in 6months now, is scandalous.
Talk about a bad decision altering how people view you. Sadly Bryony’s response was unkind, unprofessional, is illogical as a business owner and if beyond off putting.
There are plenty of instructors elsewhere now- I recommend going elsewhere where your custom is valued.”
