"Liz just takes the time to listen to exactly what you're looking for and then lays out thee *perfect* plan to achieve just that! I was so intent on getting a VI Peel (because I have had them before), but then she offered up another option that I didn't even know that I had! Her recommendation ended up being much more aligned with my needs and overall preference too lol. She just truly\/genuinely hears her clients and is VERY knowledgeable about the products\/services offered. She even offered to come back and do a touch-up for me if my results weren't EXACTLY how I wanted them \ud83e\udd2f!! If you ask me, that alone makes her amazing customer service a cut above the rest in today's fast-paced & mediocre modern era\u2763\ufe0f 10\/10 recommend "

"I had a microneedling beauty treatment with Amy P from Pinch, she arrived to my place 15 min before the appointment which is awesome! I loved the communication from the beginning until the end of the process, Amy explained in detail what she was going to do and made me feel comfortable and excited at the same time. My experience was painless and I even felt tickles around some areas of my face (it was fun) and I\u2019m looking forward to repeating this treatment because my skin texture improved tremendously, I also have rosacea and the redness went down and I see that there is a more even skin complexion with just with one session. I highly recommend Pinch not only because of the convenience of having a treatment from home but also because of the immediate and visible results! "
