“Having ordered 3 cards 11 days ago they have still not arrived .. don’t need 2 of them any more as the birthdays have passed ... very poor service indeed .. shan’t be using them again”
“Took 6 days to arrive! Paid £11+ for 4 very ordinary cards, only to wait almost a week for them to arrive. Missed most of the occasions. At that price, the least they could do was to post them 1st class. On 22 December their website already closed (yes, closed, unavailable) for Xmas. Pathetic.”
