“Ive been using the service on and off for a few years and had diverse experience. The latest experience will be my last however. The driver picked up my elderly mother at Luton and took her to a completely wrong address, which became apparent only when they arrived there. It added an extra hour to the journey very late in the evening, something I tried to avoid booking a taxi. It would be ok if they apologised and refunded the journey, but after I reached out and complained I was refunded only 15% and wished a good day.”
