“Frustrating Experience with Pinko
I had a terrible experience with Pinko that I feel compelled to share. After numerous attempts to contact their customer service, I was met with silence. They claimed that the item I ordered was out of stock, yet I continue to see it available on their website. To make matters worse, they charged me for two items instead of one! Instead of simply not charging my card for the out-of-stock item, they opted to charge me and then informed me that I’d have to wait 7 days for a refund.
I can't help but feel that my concerns were not taken seriously, especially after I mentioned my background as a Muslim. This has left me with a bad taste regarding their customer service and ethics. I would advise anyone considering shopping with Pinko to stay away.”
