“I was told by their chat guy Richard that I could get a logo and a YouTube banner under their promotional package no extra costs at all. I was then told by Alex that in order to recieve my YouTube banner I had to pay $100 extra. I was also told I couldn't use my design except for Facebook and Instagram. If I wanted to use it on YouTube, I had to pay the $100 extra. Then I was told by their "legal" department that I had to pay an additional $350 in order to own the rights to the logo. $450 is a FAR cry from the initial $35 package I paid for. Do not use them. They spring hidden fees on you like no one's business and they lie to you.”
