“I had recently purchased 4 mugs from Pipstudios in Netherlands from their online site and received these mugs that were considerably small. I made numerous attempts at contacting their customer service about returning them as they were not the standard mug size in fact they were cup size. It was impossible to reach them as they did not respond to any of my emails and I then paid an extra £15.00 postage to send them back to the company for a refund .I did not receive my refund. When I tried contacting them on their site through a message form it did not allow the message to be sent to customer services for some reason. I know feel that that this company is misleading people with false advertising and as they have failed to refund my money back to my account and I am not able to contact them or receive a response back it’s my duty to make people aware before parting with their money.”
“They refused to give a refund on an item that wasn't delivered. Customer service and management completely ignored the problem, offered no resolution and I eventually had to escalate to PayPal who found in my favour. It took two months to get a refund.”
