“Finer pipeliner top and bottom chop with flip lens is a nice hood. Pretty bulky compared to other sugar scoops. Pretty heavy as well. The head gear was not great. It never operated correctly and actually broke last week. Your customer service was great and got another one sent to me right away so that was awesome.”
“Real slick hood. Lighweight and comfortable. However, I did not like that it is chopped at bottom and when doing in position welds, many sparks land on the neck area. Also, the window frame doesn’t hold my singles lens so great and I had to make adjustments on the lens holder so it could fit. Dimensions are acurate but thickness counting the plastic lens slot, clear lenses and the auto darkening lens aren’t. I had to cut the slot in half that holds them in place. Overall I am satisfied if anything I’ll put a leather piece on the bottom covering my neck.”

“The hoods themselves are great, if you have a larger head like I do I'd recommend getting the elastic headgear. I went through 3 of the conventional headgears because they were only able to catch one tooth in the ratcheting mechanism.”
“Your caps are the best fitting caps I’ve ever worn, that being said I’ve been wearing them for about 5 years and the stitching seems to fall apart pretty quick.
Your cool back shirts are sweet, I wear them and weld in them all the time. Just wore them on a job on 36in 750 wall and they held up decently.”
“The quality of the hood is actually great condition. All adjustments were consistent and permanent, which was a problem I was having with other hoods. The flip up works wonderfully, but the only problem I had was it didn’t even come with a clear lens. It’s an easy fix but doesn’t mean I feel like doing it. So besides that wonderful product would recommend for a solid hood.”
“I love the helmet the side screws won’t hold snug they keep coming loose on me and the inside cover lens slot is really tight for the lenses that we use at my work other than that absolutely love it”
“First off the helmet is amazing! My only complaint is that I cannot find the exact replacement for the headgear or the lens spring retainer and the flash barrier. They have the plastic options, but I like the spring steel that the helmet comes with. Most info on hood head gear and hardware would be nice.”

“Wife worked hard to get me a new umbrella an welding hood , an those two where cheap, so i understand was she did added on the 12 bucks protection plan , used all her money to get me these two items, for Father’s Day , yet the umbrella end up missing , im guessing stolen, an not sure if im get new umbrella or refund, or just a , sorry an nothing can be done or do, hopefully this answer the review, not trying say I got ripped off just stuff happens ,”

We do show no shipping protection was purchased but did everything in our power to ensure an investigation was conducted even though the umbrella was successfully delivered and uninsured. We do make note upon purchase that shipping is recommend to ensure your package is protected in case your package is damaged or lost upon transit. Regardless once the package has been successfully delivered and with proof of delivery it is not 100% guarantee that a package claim can be covered since the carrier fulfilled the delivery service. We recommend getting in contact with you local postal office or UPS office on future large package orders to provide delivery instructions and ensure this doesn't happen again.
