“Very unprofessional recruiters! While Piper Maddox is likely a great company, they need to do better at hiring recruiters that are professional. Recently got an email from a recruiter named Lily Haynes expressing interest in my candidacy for a role at Piper Maddox. Despite being on travel and having a busy work schedule, I took time out of my day to send her feedback emails, an updated resume, and even pinged her to follow-up with my submission. But I get NO feedback in return--not even a 'thank you' for having submitted my information to her. This is very unprofessional, in my opinion, and definitely makes me think twice about working for/with such an organization. These recruiters need to know that they are ambassadors of the company, and should act accordingly. Not at all impressed.”
