Extremely poor customer service. I paid for order, Piping Rock shipped to incorrect address, and would not honor refund request, so had to dispute to have money refunded via credit card. I will never use them again and found suitable replacements via Amazon.

Shame on you, the order was not delivered, and I vow I will never buy anything from you again; I never got a full refund for the undelivered goods!

I get a frustrating email informing me there is no refund, per se, as the payment was voided on the same day, what they do know is this, That my Bank, despite taking the money out of my account to pay for the order, cant do anything about this money until the retailer refunds/returns/ or knocks it back, they know this and can hold your money for 3 weeks until the banking system, by default, sends it back to your Bank.

I placed an order of Friday July 1 from piping rock for joint meds for my dog I took the 3 day shipping from FedEx for $15.99 I get a Piping Rock invoice stating I would get the product on June 6th …. It did not get picked up until July 6 Now it supposed to by FedEd delivered on the 9th. I called them and the said they don’t work weekends and the holiday it’s not there fault yet they offer the 3 day shipping when called on this they didn’t care They are only going to give me a partial refund on shipping STILL CHARGED FOR SHIPPING $5 If you want to do internet selling you have to shipping on a timely basis … Start working weekends and pay a living wage MY OPINION BY FROM A MORE REPUTABLE FIRM … if Piping Rock can’t enter the 21 century they should not charge for delivery they cannot and have no intention of keeping

Trash service, website charged me the wrong amount after displaying a different amount. Customer service pretty much told me to shove it up my a***, said I can return the parcel for a refund and then reorder.... the parcel is half way around the world now wtf. It has been almost 1 month and the parcel still hasn’t arrived, so it would be a 2+ month turn around lol. I’ll be sticking with iHerb.

I've ordered a packet. The estimating arrival time was about 1 month. (this is also huge, but I accepted) After 2 months I still did not receive my package. I tried to take contact with them, and they said it to me that after 10 weeks, I will get full refund. Now I am at the 12th week and still no package, and nor money. I'll never make an order again from them and do not reccomend for someone else too.

I had the same experience as Mr Kouznetsov, the second time around when I ordered with Piping Rock, but was able to prove the information the agent on the other end of the phone was disputing, and because I ordered through Paypal that was how eventually I was refunded all -after I got in touch with them again to ask for my money back- and through a false tracking number screenshots and I swore up and down to the agent that I will get my money back either through the card company I ordered from or Paypal, and I did, but had to submit another complaint, and evidence that I tried to get in touch before.

Not to be trusted. Order never arrived. Same customs story. Sorry I didn't check these reviews first. Refusing to refund.
