“The bowl and fork and spoon set are lovely and hoping my little girl will love them. The reason for 4 stars was the state the package turned up in! It had an apology on it but I’m lucky what was in it was not fragile!”

“Great experience with Pippeta, very happy with the quality of the silicone bowls and plate. I couldn’t find many companies offering these - a couple of others were out of stock so I ordered from Pippeta. I had an issue with one product coming slightly damaged but they quickly sent a new one.”

“Shopped with Pippeta twice now and the service has been great, with fast delivery. The weaning bits I've bought are fantastic. Well made and easy to clean. The bibs are the best I've used, food doesnt drop down the neckline and the elasticated arms make sure clothes are kept totally clean.”

“Orginally, I ordered a suctions bowl and plate, however, when I received my delivery Pippeta had sent 2 bowls. I contacted Customer services and Sally Simms responded very quickly apologising for the error and saying they would send me the plate that day, which duly turned up the following day. Having offered to return the extra bowl Pippeta said I could keep it as a way of an apology. All in all 1st class customer service - thank you”

“I ordered the pump replacement cup set as I lost the valve part from the previous set I had. It would be great if the valve could be purchased on its own. The original pump is great and helped get my supply back up after it going down due to sore cracked nipples.”
