“Great pump, been using for months but sadly the pump now needs replacing.”

“The concept is great with a portable pump, however the pump is loud and the filtering process to get the milk out is less than productive. You practically have to take the whole machine apart and guide out the milk. Which we are know is precious so waste needs to be minimal!”

“Not as strong as I would’ve hoped. Hand pump gets just as much. The only good thing is that it’s hands free. Have to recharge after x 2 sessions”

“Received the pump, used it once and then the second time I went to use it, it didn't work. I was desperate and had to order another pump. Customer service replied 2 days later and refunded my second order after providing them a video of the fault. This left me with 3 days without a pump and struggling. 2nd pump seems to be working find after 1 day of use, but I'm wary and always worried it's going to stop working. Maybe confidence in the brand and quality will build over time.”

“Nice robust plate and bowl. Only snag is the lid doesn’t fit snug on the bowl so it’s not portable, which is disappointing.”

“I have two Pippeta compact pumps. One is the old version and the other is the newer version. Overall, I’m happy with my pumps in terms of performance. It’s discreet, frees up my hands and I get good output - on par with my hospital grade pump. I would say it’s a bit fiddly to assemble but I think that is the case with most pumps. I am disappointed the old version has been discontinued and parts are no longer available - feels like a wasted investment. That said, I ordered the new version and the spare cups have been out of stock for some time. I am an exclusive pumper so would ideally have multiple collection cups/parts to help with the endless cleaning/sterilisation between sessions. Id give a full 5 stars if I was going on pump performance alone - but have deducted stars based on the spare part situation for both old and new models.”

“Hard to write a review on a product that never arrived. Order #41652. Ordered 2 weeks ago, still not delivered. Have contacted the company and no response. *orders arrived eventually, he refunded delivery fee. Happy with the products!”

“Absolutely loved my Pippeta pump at the beginning, I used to be able to pump 4oz each session. However nearly 4 months in I’m struggling to pull out 1oz in a 20 minute session. I’ve swapped to a Medela pump and seen a huge difference. Pippeta breast milk storage bags are the best though!”

“The products are absolutely beautiful and I love them. But the only thing I was disappointed with is that you used Evri. I wanted to know before purchasing if you are using Evri as they never deliver my parcel to the right address. I had to go collect my parcel to the different apartment that I don’t live and it’s not fun at all.”

“My delivery was lost initially, then after several inquiries asking for the location of my parcel, finally a new one was dispatched. I was then charged €27 customs fee for delivery to Ireland. Delivery service was well below par, but the product is very good.”

“Bought a new flange to try to increase the effectiveness of the pump. I was disappointed with the amount of milk it pulls in comparison to other pumps I’ve tried. It’s not made any difference. The pump itself is not powerful enough. Shame”

“The cutlery and teether are excellent, but the baby bowl won’t stay cation on to the table on our high chair. It’s an ikea one, and it just won’t stick. It sticks to our kitchen worktop, so not sure why it won’t stick to the high chair table?”

Hi Louise, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. Our suction bowls & plates work perfectly on smooth surfaces such as plastic, glass or metal. If your high chair or table has an uneven surface or a textured surface, the suction bases on our tableware may not be able to grip and create a full suction. I hope this helps. Pippeta x
