“Really good pump, but only been using the pump for one day and it’s faulty the setting buttons won’t let me move them up and down and also keeps turning itself on randomly Gutted having to send back so soon”

“I bought the Pippeta hands free pump - it worked great for a few days then dropped it once and it stopped working :( Not a very robust product”

Hello, Thank you for your review. We are sorry to hear that your pump is broken following you dropping the device. As the motor is an electrical product depending on the surface the product was dropped on this could cause damage to the inner electricals. “I've used my pump a few times and noticed that it leaks out a lot of milk. Which is a waste and disappointment. Other than that the pump is fab.”

“Website is easy to navigate. Prompt delivery. I'm glad royal mail was used for delivery as I could easily pick up from my local sorting office when I missed the delivery due to being out.”

“Lovely products but expensive delivery. I chose the cheapest which was £5 for a 48 hour service and items took a week to arrive. Contacted Pippeta who apologised and although I didn't want a delivery refund I thought they may have offered a voucher.”

“Disappointed to note that this pump is not quite as claimed in the description. The buzzing sound and the size certainly does not make this pump quite nor discreet. It will be a challenge to wear it in an open office at work without raising a few eyebrows. I also wished the description would make it clear that the little accessories need frequent replacing. It hasn't been used long enough to comment on its efficiency.”

“It does the job most of the time, but I found that sometimes the seal opens up with movement despite me trying to check the seal all the time, thus milk leaks and it wastes precious milk my baby needs.”

“The product itself is built very well. But I find I cannot move around as it will pull away and leak. And it's top heavy due to the battery so it doesn't stay in place so I have to hold it anyway. Overall good product but I did expect the product to be more functional”

“Unfortunately the pump did not work for me. Customer Service was very helpful though in trying to find what the issue was. In the end I was able to get a refund. I had to buy another flange size which was quiet annoying since I had to pay extra postage. However I have seen that they included 2 more flange sizes when buying the pump so customer service is listening at least.”

“Delivery was amazingly fast, came next day. Small issue that their was no ‘ash rose’ pumps left. I was informed about this via phone and said I was fine with the other colour. Pump is good. It’s a little slower than other pumps and there for takes a while to collect milk. Also can be a bit fiddley to get the milk out of the pump with out spilling it. Took me a few goes. For the money this is a good pump and a good alternative to the pricier pumps. I would recommend this pump as a cheaper alternative.”

“I just purchased my pippeta pump. I was exclusively pumping with my first son. Now with my second son I exclusively breastfeed but I express if I have to go out sometines. I ordered Pippeta pump because I heard many good reviews. Pros: -very quick delivery -it's hand free, I managed to cook soup when expressing 😊 Cons: -it's quite slow, within 15 mins I got 2oz (both sides) when with my old manual pump I managed to get 4oz. Would be good if there was an option to regulate the speed not only the intensity of suction. Overall, If I was exclusively expressing I would be disappointed but for expressing 'from time to time' it's a good pump if you are not in a rush to get a lot of milk. Hand free option is great. But I wouldn't order it again.”
