“The product suction is good and easy to put together but the lid is a problem causing it to leak all the pumped milk which is a waste of pain time and most importantly milk! . Also not the most silent pump on the market. Just sit still and you will be fine”

“Was great to start with… have only been using it 2 weeks and the seal on it isn’t working, keeps leaking , so precious breast milk is being lost. Not happy I’m afraid.”

“I love my pump but find the cost to constantly replace all the parts very high. I have 2 sets of pumps as I pump a lot and so every few weeks need to replace all diaphragms and valves. This comes at a high cost, especially compared to other pump brands. I feel the cost of replacement parts should be lower”

“Goog product but I had to pay 24€more to the French postman due to custom fees, I had already paid 7€ of international sending fees. I think I need a smaller flange insert but I hesitate to order the 17mm insert because of that, it would cost me more then the product.”

“Great little pump & would recommend. But compared to others cheaper on the market (which I’ve not used) I’m not sure what makes this superior to them…. But a couple of things I find annoying…the first is you don’t get any warning the battery is low. Can be easy to forget when last charged so it just cuts out. Also it states it cuts out after 25 mins. Mine cuts out at 20. Not a big deal but still! It can be tricky to read how many mls you have. As after pumping if you try to read the volume the milk will spill out the back of the collector. Would make more sense if the volume markings were a different way round on the collector. I pour into breast milk bags but they aren’t accurate at all so I initially pour into a bottle to measure then into a bag which is a bit of a faff! But overall it does the job.”

“Great portable breast pump and very convenient however the battery life on it isn’t great - very random even when fully charged. Also the pump doesn’t fit perfectly on top and I often have to push it down when it’s on to make sure there’s suction plus, can’t be overly mobile with as it is easily lodged out of place.”

“I ordered the wearable hands free pump and honestly I’m disappointed. I wouldn’t say it’s wearable as it wouldn’t fit under most bras unless they’re a stretchy material. The most annoying thing is the pump falls off the motor or comes loose which affects the suction, this is the major design flaw. This is my first electric pump so admittedly can’t compare it and people seem to rave about this pump. Personally I prefer my manual medela pump, and I can get more milk from it, and don’t have to deal with the noise of the pippeta. The instructions were really difficult to follow. I think it would be helpful if there was a video on the website showing how to assemble the pump. Would I buy this again? No. However I think it is a reasonably priced handsfree pump, and it would suit some people”

“I have a pump already with Pippeta that is absolutely brilliant, I couldn’t be without it! I wanted to cut my feeding time in half so I bought another one. It seems to fail to retrieve milk alot & it doesn’t seem to line up properly with the plastic counterparts where you do seem to have to use a bit of force to get it to get in as much as possible. I often have to try 2/3 times to get it to have enough suction to express. I have contacted Pippeta via their contact box on their website but I still haven’t heard back….”

“Loved the products but did except the cutlery to be a little longer. Will probably only last in my toddlers hands for about a year and shes only 1!! Also the lid on the bowl doesn’t actually stay on. So cant fill it with snacks to take out or anything as there is no seal. Bit disappointing.”
